Merry Berry Rum Fizz

Made with smooth rum, refreshing tonic water and vibrant fresh cranberries, this cocktail is the perfect balance of fruity, crisp and delightfully refreshing.
The cranberries add a gorgeous pop of festive red, making it look every bit as magical as it tastes.

Ingredients

50 ml (1¾ oz) rum — white or golden rum both work beautifully
150 ml (5 oz) tonic water, chilled
A small handful of fresh cranberries
Ice cubes
Extra fresh cranberries, to garnish
Optional: a sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive finishing touch

How to Make A Merry Berry Rum Fizz

1. Fill your glass

Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice cubes to keep your Merry Berry Rum Fizz lovely and chilled.

2. Add the festive berries and Rosemary

Drop in a small handful of fresh cranberries. For a little extra cranberry flavour, gently press one or two berries before adding the tonic.

3. Add the rum

Pour 50 ml of rum over the ice. White rum gives a light, clean flavour, while golden rum adds a warmer, richer note.

4. Top with tonic

Slowly pour in the chilled tonic water and give everything a gentle stir to combine without losing too much fizz.

5. Garnish and serve

Finish with a few extra cranberries and a sprig of rosemary, if not already added.
