It is exactly what it sounds like – whiskey and peanut butter combined to make a delicious spirit that will have you begging for more. The most famous brand is Skrewball Whiskey which is available in the US and Canada.

Peanut butter whiskey goes great with Baileys Irish cream in this cocktail.

Who makes Peanut Butter Whiskey?

A few different companies make peanut butter whiskey but what you can find near you will depend on where you live.

Here are a few brands to look out for:

  • Skrewball

Can I use other liquors besides whiskey?

If you don’t like whiskey, it will be hard to make this cocktail. There is a brand of Peanut butter vodka called Nutliquor that you could try.

Step Three

How To Garnish Your Peanut Butter Cup Cocktail

I topped my drink with whipped cream and sprinkles. I then added a piece of a peanut butter cup to my drink. Just carve out a triangle with a sharp knife to help it balance on the rim of your glass. You can also dip the rim of your glass in melted chocolate before pouring the drink if you wish.

I actually ended up making my cocktail around Halloween time so you can see I used the Halloween Reese’s Peanut Butter cups as a garnish.

Peanut Butter Cup Cocktail Variations

Can I make a peanut butter cup cocktail without dairy?

Yes! If you are dairy free you can use your favorite milk instead of cow’s milk. I love the creamy taste of oat milk. For the chocolate liqueur, you can make your own dairy-free version using a recipe like this one

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cocktail

I am a huge fan of white chocolate and if you are too, you can easily make this cocktail variation.

Just use white chocolate liqueur instead of milk chocolate and use a white chocolate peanut butter cup for garnish.
