After Eight Cocktail Ingredients
This drink only requires 3 simple ingredients making it easy for anyone to make.
Here are the ingredients you will need.
- Creme de Cacao
- Creme de Menthe
- Baileys Irish Cream
What Tools Do You Need?
To make this cocktail, you will need the following:
A Cocktail Shaker (I got my glass cocktail shaker from Amazon)
A Strainer
In a pinch you can use a mason jar as a shaker and then use the lid as a strainer.
How To Make An After Eight Martini
Add each ingredient into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake in a cocktail shaker
Strain into a glass and add garnish
How To Garnish Your Chocolate Mint Cocktail
As you can see from the photos, I went simple and garnished my glass with half of an After Eight chocolate and a mint leaf.
Just cut in half diagonally with a knife and then make a small slit in the chocolate so that it balances on your glass.
After Eight Cocktail
The perfect after dinner drink, this After Eight martini is rich and creamy.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Baileys
- 1 oz Creme de Menthe
- 1 oz Creme de Cacao
- Ice
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker together
- Shake briskly and strain into a glass
- Garnish with a slice of After Eight chocolate and serve immediately
Notes
Use green Creme de Menthe to get the great mint green color.
