Ingredients and Equipment

Candy Cane Spritzer

To make our easy version of a Candy Cane Spritzer, you need the following ingredients.

For full step-by-step instructions, scroll down to our recipe card at the bottom of the page (you can print that off too!).

  • Sparkling wine (Prosecco, Champagne or similar)
  • Lemon lime soda
  • Crushed candy canes or sugar for rimming the glass
  • Lime Juice
  • Pure Peppermint extract
  • Candy cane for garnish

This recipe yields 1 glass.

I like to use a stemless Champagne flute for this cocktail but you can use a regular flute or any glass you like.
Bear in mind that if you use a smaller glass, you will need to adjust the amount given above, a good rule of thumb is a ratio of 1: 1 for the Champagne and soda.
