I love peppermint bark! Growing up in Europe, we actually didn’t have such as thing so I discovered it when I moved to North America!

Now it is a mainstay of Christmas and the holidays and is an easy thing to serve to last-minute guests. 

If you love chocolate and peppermint then you will love the taste of these candy cane pudding shots that combine vanilla and peppermint flavors for a boozy dessert or tasty treat. 

They go great with my Peppermint Bark Mimosa too!

Although the full recipe only fills about 12 jello shot cups, you can make a big batch by multiplying the recipe.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Vanilla Pudding
  •  Milk
  • Peppermint Vodka
  •  Whipped Topping
  • Condiment Cups
  • Candy Cane (crushed)
  • Peppermint Bark Pieces

You can buy peppermint vodka at most liquor stores but it is also really easy to make your own!

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vodka, milk & pudding mix.

How to make Candy Cane Pudding Shots

Slowly fold in the whipped topping.
Scoop into the condiment cups leaving a little room for expansion.

Sprinkle with crushed candy cane.
Garnish with a piece of peppermint bark.

Non-Alcoholic Version

Swap out the peppermint vodka for water or milk and a few drops of peppermint essence if you don’t want alcohol in your pudding shots.
