Siren's Song Cocktail

  • Blue Curaçao
  • Malibu rum
  • Pineapple juice
  • Coconut water
  • Ice
  • Edible blue or green glitter
  • Lime wheel for garnish

For the rim: 

– Simple syrup
– Gold, green or blue sanding sugar

Directions For The Siren’s Song Drink

Coat the glass rim-  Pour some simple syrup into a shallow dish and dip the rim of your glass so it is covered. 

Cover the rim in sugar – Spread some colored sugar on a plate or flat surface.

I mixed green and gold sanding sugar. 

Then dip the rim of the glass into the sugar, gently moving it back and forth while applying light pressure to ensure it sticks to the simple syrup.

Start your cocktail- Add ice to your glass and then Blue Curacao. Now add your blue shimmer.

Mix the ingredients – Pour the Coconut rum and Coconut water into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. 

Pour over ice and top it off – Pour the mixture over the Blue Curacao.  Top the drink off with pineapple juice.

Garnish your drink and serve – Add a lime wheel to your glass and serve immediately.

Instructions

  2. Next dip the rim into your edible glitter, set aside for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add ice and Blue Curacao to the glass
  4. In a cocktail shaker add the coconut rum and coconut water. Shake well.
  5. Pour the mixture over the ice and Blue Curacao.
  6. Top up the glass with pineapple juice
  7. Garnish with a lime wheel.
