Pineapple Coconut Rum Slush Cocktail Ingredients
This pineapple rum slush cocktail is so easy to make and you probably have most of the ingredients at home already.
It also perfect for whipping up for a crowd if you are hosting a pool party or summer gathering.
To make this delicious summer cocktail, you will need:
- 1 can pineapple
10 fresh strawberries; tops removed
2 cups ice
1 cup shredded coconut
2 oz. rum
What tools do I need to make the ?
You really don’t need much in order to make this cocktail which makes it perfect for any party or large gathering when you want to whip them up in minutes.
The only tool you’ll need to make this cocktail:
A bender is necessary to make both the different layers of this cocktail.
I use the Hamilton Beach blender that I got from Amazon.
It wasn’t expensive at all and it does the job perfectly.
Remember you can make each drink in advance.
Just place them in the freezer until you are ready to serve them.
How To Make A Pineapple Coconut Rum Slush
Step 1: Grab your blender for the first layer
Place strawberries, half the can of pineapple juice, and one cup ice into the blender.
Blend well and pour into another measuring cup. Set aside.
Step 2: Make the pineapple layer
Place the pineapple and remaining juice into the blender Add in the rum.
Then add in one cup ice and blend well.
Step 3: Layer your drink
In a tall glass layer in strawberry, the a layer of shredded coconut then a layer of pineapple.
Repeat the layers until your glass is full.
Step 4: Garnish your drink
Top your pineapple coconut rum slush with one strawberry and some coconut.

Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple
- 10 Fresh strawberries with the tops cut off

Instructions

Notes
I used white rum in my slushie but you can use dark rum if you prefer.
