These jello shots are pretty simple to make with just a few ingredients including, of course, Baileys Irish cream! 

Although the full recipe only fills about 12 jello shot cups, you can make a big batch by doubling the recipe.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Hot water
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Clear gelatin powder
  • Bailey’s Irish cream
  • Cold water
  • Whipped cream
  • Dark chocolate shaved for the garnish

How To Make Irish Cream Jello Shots

Place two cups hot water and three tablespoons sweetened condensed milk into a sauce pot on medium heat on the stove.

Bring to a boil and then turn off heat.

Whisk in Knox clear gelatin until completely dissolved in the hot water mixture.

Pour in one cup Bailey’s Irish cream and one cup water. Whisk well.

Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours until set.

Yes! The beauty of jello shots is that you can make them 24-48 hours ahead of your party and then just get the out of the fridge when you are ready to serve. 

Just make sure to leave off the whipped cream and sprinkles until just before you serve these treats.
