Skittles Vodka Ingredients
This recipe makes one jar of Skittles Vodka in the color of your choice but you can easily make as many jars as you like.

To make this drink you need:
- 16 Ounces Vodka (per jar)
- ½ Cup Skittles (per color, only one color per jar)
Items Needed:
- 16-Ounce Mason Jar with Lid (one for each color of Skittles, if desired)
- Dry Measuring Cup
- Funnel
- Cheesecloth or Similar, for straining
How To Make Skittles Vodka
You will be amazed at how easy this is to do! It makes the perfect gift for any occasion too!
Important Note!
This recipe is to make one jar of Skittles vodka and you should separate the five colors because if you put all the colors in one jar, the resulting color is hideous.
So, if you would like a jar of each color, you will need to repeat this recipe for each color and jar.
Sort the Skittles
Begin by sorting the Skittles by color.
This separation is crucial for creating distinct and vibrant layers of flavor in your Skittles Vodka.
Add Skittles to Jars
Place the sorted Skittles into separate glass jars, dedicating one jar to each color.
Pour Vodka into Jars
Using a funnel, pour the vodka into each jar, ensuring that the Skittles are fully submerged.
Seal the jars tightly with their lids.
Shake and Mix
Give each jar a good shake to initiate the infusion process.
The sugar coating on the Skittles will dissolve into the vodka, creating a flavorful and colorful concoction.
Infusion Time
Let the jars sit in the fridge for at least 24 hours but preferably up to 5 days.
You can periodically shake the jars to help the Skittles fully dissolve and infuse their flavors into the vodka.
Half way through the timeframe, turn the jars upside down and then turn then right side up the day before they are finished.
Strain the Mixture
Once they’re ready, pour each jar through a cheesecloth or similar item, for straining, to remove any unwanted debris from the remaining Skittles pieces.
Bottle the Rainbow
Use a funnel to pour the filtered Skittles Vodka into clear glass bottles for a striking presentation.
Serve and Enjoy
Your Skittles Vodka is now ready to be enjoyed!

Tips For Making Amazing Skittles Vodka
Keep stored inside the jar, with the lid, inside the fridge, for up to 1 month.
This will not freeze. Do not store outside the fridge or it will alter the taste of the drink and not for the better.
If you combine more than one color together, the outcome isn’t what you think it will be.
Take it from me, it will taste good, but look awful. This is why I separate the colors and only do one color per jar.
You’re welcome to add more or less Skittles to each jar, based on your flavor strength preferences.
Using a quality vodka will result in a better outcome.
Using cheap vodka with terrible flavor will result in a terrible outcome.
In other words, the vodka you choose makes all the difference in the quality of the final product.

- 16 oz Vodka
- 1/2 cup of Skittles candy
Instructions
- Sort your skittles by color and pick the one you want to make.
- Place your skittles in the jar and pour the vodka over the top using a funnel.
- Place the lid on top of the jar, firmly, and store inside the fridge for about 5 days, turning the jars upside down about halfway through, and turning them right side up the day before they’re finished.
- Once they’re ready, pour each jar through a cheesecloth or similar item, for straining, to remove any unwanted debris from the remaining Skittles pieces. Enjoy!
