Prep Your Glass

Start by filling a large fishbowl-style glass with plenty of ice cubes.

The more ice, the better—it helps keep the drink chilled and gives the toppings a place to sit.

Mix the Base

Pour in 1.5 oz of coconut rum and 1 oz of blue curaçao. These tropical flavors bring a beachy twist and give the cocktail its stunning ocean-blue color.

Add the Juice

Gently pour in 3 oz of orange juice.
The citrus balances the sweetness and adds a bright burst of flavor.
Give everything a good stir to combine.

Create the “Easter Grass”

Easter basket drink
In a small bowl, mix shredded coconut with a few drops of green food coloring.

Stir until the coconut is evenly coated and resembles grassy Easter basket filler.

Garnish the Top

Spoon the green coconut flakes onto the top of the cocktail

The ice should help hold them up, creating a cute little nest.

Add Easter Treats
