Gingerbread Cookie Cocktail Ingredients

Gingerbread Cookie Cocktail

While you can use Gingerbread syrup for your cocktail (as we did with our Gingerbread Martini), with this cocktail we decided to use spices to create the authentic flavor of our favorite cookies.

This festive drink doesn’t require many ingredients and it is so easy to make!

Let’s get into the recipe for this fun holiday cocktail.

This recipe makes one drink but you can easily double the recipe to make more.

For full step-by-step instructions, scroll down to our recipe card at the bottom of the page.

To make this drink you need:

  • White icing
  • Christmas sprinkles
  • Irish cream (Bailey’s Irish Cream or similar)
  • Half and half
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger Cloves

Do I Have To Use Half And Half?

Half and Half or heavy cream is a great addition to this drink.

If you want a gingerbread cookie cocktail that feels like a luxurious treat, incorporate a creamy element into the mix.

Whether you prefer traditional cream or opt for almond milk for a dairy-free alternative, the creaminess adds a velvety texture that complements the spiciness of the gingerbread flavor.

When adding the creamy component, do so gently to create a smooth and well-integrated cocktail.

This step not only enhances the overall mouthfeel but also contributes to the visual appeal, making your gingerbread cocktail a sensory delight from the first pour to the last sip.
