You likely know that the classic mimosa is made with Champagne and orange juice.
For this St Patrick’s Day Mimosa, we use a little bit of lemon juice along with gold sprinkles to make a beautiful glittering drink.
We still keep the Champagne as no mimosa is complete without some bubbles!
Of course, feel free to use any sparkling wine you like including Prosecco or Cava. It really is all up to personal preference.

Ingredients:
- Lemon Juice
- Champagne or sparking wine
- Gold Sparkles
- Honey
- One gold chocolate coin
How To Make A Pot Of Gold Mimosa
Rim the glass using honey and the gold sprinkles.
Add lemon juice to each glass.
Top with Champagne
Cut a wedge out of the gold coin and rest it on the rim of the glass. Add more gold sparkles to the drink and watch the sparkles move up and down with the bubbles.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Champagne
- Gold sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Honey
- Chocolate gold coin
Instructions
Dip your glass rim in honey and then in the gold sprinkles to create a pretty rim.
Add the lemon juice to your glass
Top with Champagne
Cut a triangle out of the gold coin so that you can balance it on the rim of your glass.
