For this Tiffany version, we use Blue Curacao and pineapple juice to get the pretty blue look.

We still keep the Champagne as no mimosa is complete with some bubbles!

Of course, feel free to use any sparkling wine you like including Prosecco or Cava. It really is all up to personal preference.

These are the simple ingredients you need for this delicious mimosa.

How To Rim Your Glass

Tiffany mimosa

As this is a Tiffany cocktail, we wanted to add some glitz and glamour to our drinks.

For this we used edible silver glitter.

All you need to do is pour some honey or light corn syrup onto a shallow saucer and add some glitter to another saucer.

First, run the slice of lime around the rim of your glass.

Then dip the glass in the glitter.

Let the it set for a few minutes before pouring your drink.
