- Fresh mint
- Sugar
- Rum
- Coconut milk
- Pomegranate seeds

Equipment Needed To Make A Mojito
You don’t need too many fancy tools to make this delicious drink:
If you don’t have a muddler, you can get by with the wrong end of a wooden spoon but a muddler does make things much easier and they are pretty inexpensive.
A mason jar with a tight lid also works well in a pinch.
How To Make The White Christmas Mojito
It only takes a few minutes to make this delicious coconut mojito!
Step 1:Muddle the ingredients
Muddle mint leaves and add to the glass. Add ice into the glass.
Step 2: Shake The Ingredients
In a shaker, add in ice, lime juice, sugar, rum, and coconut milk. Shake well.
Step 3: Finish Your Drink
Pour shaker mixture over ice. Top with mint leaves and pomegranate.
Step 4: Stir and serve
How To Garnish Your Christmas Mojito
It’s all about the garnish! I topped off my Christmas cocktail with some pomegranate seeds to look extra festive.
Other ideas for serving your cocktail:
- Use a sprig of rosemary
- Rim your glass with crushed candy canes like I did for my Candy Cane Martini.
- Add frozen cranberries into your drink for a really festive look
Tips For Making The Perfect Mojito
So this Christmas mojito recipe is so simple and easy to toss together that you don’t need many tips.
Firstly, I LOVE using fresh lime juice in my mojitos but if you don’t have any on hand you can use bottled lime juice too.
Muddling your mint is the essential step in this cocktail (and any mojito) so don’t rush.
Muddling helps release the mint oil from the leaves and gives you the wonderful flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3 sprigs mint; 2 for garnish
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 cups of coconut milk
- 3/4 cup of ice
- 10-15 Pomegranate seeds for topping
Instructions
